Where is the studio located?
We are based at 5200 NW 33rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, with easy parking. We also travel across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
How fast do I get my photos?
Standard delivery is two weeks after your session. Express five-day delivery and same-day event highlight galleries are available as add-ons.
Do you shoot on location?
Yes — offices, restaurants, homes, beaches, and event venues. Travel within Broward County is included; trips beyond it are quoted before booking.
How do I reserve a date?
Submit a booking request with your preferred date, then complete checkout. Your date is held once we send written confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. A 25% retainer is due at booking and the balance is due before final delivery. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Reschedules made at least 72 hours before your session are free once. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Who owns the photos?
Carms Enterprise LLC retains copyright and grants you a broad license to use delivered images for your own marketing, website, and social channels. Resale or redistribution requires written permission.
Do you offer raw or unedited files?
We deliver finished, edited images. Unedited files are not included, as they do not represent our finished work.
